Cryocad supported a U.S.-based skid builder in the complete engineering and design of a fully pre-assembled pump skid. The system was developed as a turnkey unit, including the structural frame, pumps, piping, instrumentation, and cable routing, all manufactured and assembled in-house by the client.Our scope covered the full design process, from detailed 3D modeling to the creation of comprehensive manufacturing documentation. Deliverables included piping design, isometric drawings, spool definitions, and general arrangement drawings, as well as key engineering data such as total weight and center of gravity to support handling, transport, and installation.
The project was executed using an integrated workflow to ensure full consistency between design and fabrication. The result was a fully coordinated, production-ready documentation package that enabled efficient manufacturing and reduced the risk of errors during assembly.
This project demonstrates Cryocad’s capability to deliver end-to-end engineering support for modular skid systems, aligned with real-world fabrication requirements and demanding project timelines.
