Cryocad supported the design of four modular skids for gas storage and processing. Our contribution focused on the piping systems and skid frame design, always with safety, stability, and accessibility of all components in mind.
The project scope included multiple integrated systems, such as the 30k gallons (~110 m³) gas storage tanks and process circuit, compressed air supply, and fogging lines. The skids are designed to be delivered as compact, pre-piped and pre-wired units mounted on structural base frames. This modular approach will allow the equipment to be transported as complete packages and installed on site with minimal additional work.
Deliverables from Cryocad included 3D models and general arrangement drawings with bills of materials, contributing to efficient prefabrication, safe transport, and smooth installation.
