Das System wurde als schl\u00fcsselfertiges Aggregat entwickelt, einschlie\u00dflich Tragrahmen, Pumpen, Rohrleitungen, Instrumentierung und Kabelf\u00fchrung \u2013 alles im eigenen Haus des Kunden gefertigt und montiert. Unser Leistungsumfang umfasste den gesamten Konstruktionsprozess, von der detaillierten 3D-Modellierung bis zur Erstellung vollst\u00e4ndiger Fertigungsunterlagen. Zu den Liefergegenst\u00e4nden geh\u00f6rten Rohrleitungsplanung, Isometrien, Spool-Definitionen und \u00dcbersichtszeichnungen sowie wichtige technische Daten wie Gesamtgewicht und Schwerpunkt zur Unterst\u00fctzung von Handhabung, Transport und Installation.  <\/p>\n<p>Das Projekt wurde mit einem integrierten Workflow durchgef\u00fchrt, um vollst\u00e4ndige Konsistenz zwischen Konstruktion und Fertigung zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Das Ergebnis war ein vollst\u00e4ndig koordiniertes, fertigungsreifes Dokumentationspaket, das eine effiziente Herstellung erm\u00f6glichte und das Fehlerrisiko bei der Montage minimierte. <\/p>\n<p>Dieses Projekt zeigt die F\u00e4higkeit von Cryocad, durchg\u00e4ngigen Engineering-Support f\u00fcr modulare Skid-Systeme zu liefern \u2013 abgestimmt auf reale Fertigungsanforderungen und anspruchsvolle
